Maintenance Manager

Touring the plant, pride in colleagues work and investment is evident and this represents an exciting opportunity for someone driven by delivering change and improvement and backed by a strong senior management team.

This is a very successful site within the group. Your new role Leading a large team with good structure, you are instrumental in driving improvement within the maintenance team skill base, equipment reliability, site safety of plant and improvement through CAPEX across the site. Due to continued success, the site has been very successful in having investment approved and this will continue with you at the helm delivering this change.

-Time served or HND in engineering discipline
-Proven success in a similar role
-Exposure to managing a CMMS
-People leadership success
