Monday 21 Sep 2026 16:00 Job summary Support the planning, coordination and delivery of HR and organisational development projects arising from the Council's People Strategy, OD Action Plan and departmental business plan. Work collaboratively with the HR Team, managers, supervisors and colleagues across the Council to support a coordinated, responsive and consistent approach to the delivery of ODHR priorities. Contribute to the development and improvement of HR systems, digital transformation and workforce data to support efficient, accurate and modern ODHR service delivery.

Provide flexible operational HR support as required to ensure business continuity and effective day-to-day service delivery. Ensure that the department complies with all statutory and legislative requirements by adhering to these requirements and working in accordance with good governance and health and safety requirements. Ensure that all responsibilities are carried out in a timely and effective manner and that general confidentiality is maintained in all areas relating to the work of the Council.
