Role Overview: The Head of Site Operations position will be a strategic leadership position responsible for leading all the manufacturing and operating sites across Network Access Products to ensure the highest standards of safety, quality and best in class manufacturing performance. This role is critical in ensuring operational excellence, efficiency and profitability. The role will lead all operating locations across the NAP businesses, providing leadership and direction to each of its locations Site Operations Managers.

The role will be supported by central support functions across Projects, Assets, Logistics, Finance, Planning and Human Resources to ensure strong performance and future ready strategic activities are delivered.

• Lead all safety plans, improvements and initiatives at site level across all NAP locations, further developing a safety-first culture for all sites, partnering with the Managing Director, Operations Director, SHEQ Director and Health & Safety Manager to ensure robust improvement plans are in place across all systems and processes in our manufacturing environment.
• Lead a team of experienced Operations Managers to oversee day-to-day operations of our Cubis Systems & NAL operating locations within Network Access Products, ensuring best in class safety, performance and quality of our people and products.
• Full P&L responsibility for developing and delivering within the NAP operations budget, delivering cost saving programmes without compromising on safety or quality.
• Translate business strategy into site level operational strategy and planning priorities aligned to business objectives through continuous improvements initiatives to maximise productivity and reduce cost.
