Packaging Operatives - Late Shift

We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Packaging Operatives to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the smooth operation of our packaging line. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are prepared and packaged to the highest standards.

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure products are packaged according to company standards and specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to identify and rectify any defects or issues during the packaging process.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packaging area to comply with safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Assist with the setup, changeover, and troubleshooting of equipment as required.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.

This will be a full time temporary role working Monday to Friday 7am - 4pm then after a month of training the shift will change to a late shift of 3:45pm to 2am Monday to Thursday. Please note due to shift times you will need your own transport to get home or live local. You will also have to commit to the day shifts prior to changing to the late shift.

• Previous experience working within a packaging role or production line is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to perform tasks accurately and efficiently.
• Good communication skills and the capacity to work well within a team.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a busy environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required.
• Basic understanding of health and safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.
