Cooke Scotland is recruiting Processors to join its Orkney Packing Station in Kirkwall. This role suits someone practical and reliable who is comfortable working in a busy seafood processing environment.

• Carry out product cleaning and inspection.
• Box, ice and palletise finished products.
• Follow strict hygiene and cleaning procedures.
• Work as part of a team to maintain production standards.

This is a full time role within a busy processing plant. Flexibility may be required depending on operational needs.

• Previous production or packaging experience is helpful but not essential.
• Full training will be provided where required.
• Must be reliable and able to follow procedures carefully.
• Should be comfortable working in a fast moving production environment.
