Essentially, your role will be to take full ownership of 3 and 5 axis CNC machine setup and operation, producing high-precision components to exact customer specifications. Youll manage tooling builds, work holding, datum setting, NC program editing/creation, and full prove-out of programs while ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance with all standards.

You Will Be:

Setting and operating 3 and 5 axis CNC machines Taking full responsibility for machine setup including tooling build, work holding alignment and datum setting Completing job cards, NCRs and maintaining engineering databases Working to 5S, Health & Safety, and quality standards at all times Should You Apply? We think experienced CNC Machinists or Senior Setters with strong 3 and 5 axis experience looking for long-term stability and a performance-driven environment should absolutely apply.

Youll Be a Strong Fit If You Bring:
Minimum 7 years experience setting and operating 3 and 5 axis CNC machines Strong machining-related problem-solving ability Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings confidently Desirable (But Not Essential): HNC/HND (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering

Experience with CAM software Knowledge of Heidenhain CNC control Strong PC literacy including Microsoft Office
