Vickerstock are proud to be working alongside our highly respected Food Manufacturing client currently at the forefront of their market in the appointment of Compliance Technologist for their impressive Craigavon facility.

Reporting to the Technical Manager, you will assist in all technical operations, ensuring the safety, quality and integrity of food produced and packed on site.

What your typical day as Compliance Technologist will look like:
  • Management of micro schedule
  • Assist with updating and maintaining the QMS
  • Carry out training and competency assessment
  • Management of the calibration schedule
  • Assist Food safety & Integrity Co-ordinator in TACCP
  • Administration of HACCP
  • IA Management on a month-to-month basis.
  • Product recall and withdrawal
  • Commissioning of new equipment
  • Site maps and site risk assessments
  • Food Safety & Quality Culture Team member
A FULL LIST OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE AVAILABLE UPON APPLICATION Your essential ingredients:
  • Degree or equivalent in a technical, food related discipline
  • 1 year minimum food manufacturing experience
  • Familiar with Food Safety Management systems that comply with GFSI standards including BRC
  • Self-motivated individual who has determination and drive to succeed
  • First class communicator who has excellent interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to Food Safety & Quality and a passion to promote food safety culture with a 'can-do' attitude you will have a commitment to support continuous improvement and change
  • Team player who is also able to work unaccompanied
  • Able to prioritise multiple activities/requirements and to complete them to the expected level of detail and accuracy
  • PC skills with a good understanding of all Microsoft Office Packages
  • Flexible approach to working hours in line with business needs.
