You'll play a pivotal role in establishing a brand-new production facility, implementing large-scale manufacturing processes and building your own team as the company continues its ambitious expansion plans. Continued growth and increasing demand have created the need for an experienced Production Manager to take ownership of production and help shape the future of the company.

In this varied role, you'll oversee all aspects of manufacturing, from production planning and inventory management through to quality, maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. You'll have significant autonomy to implement your own ideas, improve processes and develop a scalable operation capable of supporting long-term growth.
