Production Supervisor Food Manufacturing (Day Shift) Craigavon Day shift 33 days holiday | Pension | Life assurance | Free Parking | Employee Discounts We are recruiting a Senior Supervisor to join a leading food manufacturing site in Craigavon. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing production operations, people management, and performance on site.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily production to ensure targets for quality, output, and safety are met Lead and support teams to deliver efficient, compliant operations Step up to cover the Department Manager when required Manage staffing, performance, training, and day-to-day people issues Ensure accurate system reporting and production data (ERP) Drive performance improvements (efficiency, waste, yield, output) Maintain high standards of health & safety, food safety, and hygiene Support planning, scheduling, and logistics (including haulage) What were looking for:
Previous supervisory experience in food manufacturing or similar Strong people management and leadership skills Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Knowledge of health & safety and food safety standards
