Aluminium MIG/TIG Fabricator & Welder West Bromwich | £13.00 - £15.00 per hour | Full-Time 365 People are currently recruiting for an experienced Aluminium MIG/TIG Fabricator & Welder to join a well-established manufacturer specialising in access solutions, including ramps, stairs, and gangways. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled fabricator looking for long-term, stable employment with opportunities for growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Fabricate and weld aluminium components, including but not limited to ramps, stairs, and gangways.

- Perform MIG and TIG welding to precise specifications.

- Read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints to produce accurate and high-quality fabrications.

- Use fabrication tools to cut, shape, and join materials, ensuring accuracy and durability.

- Perform quality checks and inspections on finished products to ensure safety and industry compliance.

- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

- Collaborate with the production team to meet project deadlines. Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in MIG/TIG welding and fabrication (essential).

- Proven ability to read and interpret technical drawings (essential).

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Excellent time management and ability to work to deadlines.

- Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in varied on-site conditions. Please do not apply if you do not meet these requirements or cannot read technical drawings.

Working Hours:

- Fixed shift, Monday to Friday, 07:30am 16:00pm (37.5 hours per week). Pay Rate:

- £13.00-£15.00 per hour (depending on experience) Benefits:
