About the Role

We are seeking an organised and proactive Project Planner to join our manufacturing team. You will develop and maintain project schedules, coordinate cross-functional activities, monitor progress, identify risks, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans using planning software.
• Coordinate activities across engineering, production, procurement and quality.
• Track milestones, resources and critical paths.
• Produce progress reports and KPIs for stakeholders.
• Identify schedule risks and implement recovery plans.
• Support continuous improvement of planning processes.
• Ensure projects comply with company procedures.

Requirements

• Experience in project planning within manufacturing or engineering.
• Knowledge of project planning tools (e.g. MS Project, Primavera or similar).
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualification in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management or related discipline is desirable.
