Production Operative - (Continental Shifts

Location: Craigavon
Pay Rate: £15.31 per hour (paid breaks)
Shift Pattern: Continental pattern - 7am to 7pm and 7pm to 7am (rotating)
Hours: 36 hours one week, 48 hours the next

Key Responsibilities

• Operate production line machinery and equipment
• Perform quality checks and record production data
• Keep machines and work areas clean and organised
• Move goods and materials using hand-held pallet trucks
• Communicate promptly with the Shift Leader on any issues
• Follow all site health and safety and hygiene standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role (preferred)
• Ability to work continental shifts (days and nights)
• Good standard of English, numeracy, and literacy
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting
• Reliable, motivated, and able to work well within a team
