- Weekly Pay Quest Employment is currently recruiting for a manufacturing operative to join our client's production team. We are looking for someone who has previous assembly/manufacturing experience, take their own initiative and the ideal candidate will be creative, happy to come up with new ideas for the team.
The Role Operate hand tools and power tools to assemble products according to specifications Follow detailed instructions and blueprints to ensure accurate assembly Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to standards Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the manufacturing process Maintain a clean and organized work area Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines Qualifications Previous experience in a manufacturing and assembly/engineering background will be ideal Previous experience in automotive industry Familiarity with hand tools and power tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication skill Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team Pay and Benefits Working with Quest Employment offers:
