Marketing Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: HEALTHY KIDZ CIC.As a Marketing Assistant you will support the promotion of our services to parents, schools, and local communities.

Your role will help grow awareness, increase participation in our sessions, and communicate our mission to inspire healthy, active lifestyles in young people.

Candidates will be required to travel to various locations as part of their role.

Candidates are required to complete enhanced Access

NI check.

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms.
• Help promote seasonal programs, events, and new activities.
• Monitor campaign performance and compile basic reports on reach and engagement.
• Create engaging content such as social media posts, flyers, and newsletters tailored to parents, schools, and community partners.
• Help maintain and update the company website with current program information.
• Support the coordination of promotional visits to schools and community events.
• Assist with preparing materials and presentations for outreach activities.
• Represent the company professionally and positively at events when required.

• GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic digital marketing knowledge (social media platforms, email marketing).
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• IT literacy:
  Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Previous work experience in marketing, social media, or communications.
• Experience creating content for social media or blogs.
• Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
• Understanding of SEO/Google Analytics.
• Knowledge of branding and campaign planning.
• Creative mindset and ability to contribute new ideas.
• Interest in current marketing trends and digital media.
