Group Ecommerce Manager

Driven by strong growth, this newly created senior role offers an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the group’s marketing and digital commerce strategy at UK leadership level.

• Lead the marketing and e-commerce function, working cross-functionally on planning, content, campaigns, website development and customer experience
• Own digital sales and advertising strategy including forecasting, budgets, SEO/SEM, acquisition and retention
• Develop and deliver the digital commerce roadmap across e-commerce platforms, Amazon, social and digital wholesale accounts
• Manage the end-to-end website experience, content delivery and conversion optimisation
• Lead web analytics and performance reporting for senior stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with brand strategy and contribute to wider business planning
• Lead, develop and mentor the marketing team

• This role requires proven senior-level marketing and e-commerce leadership within the homewares, electrical or lighting sectors
• 5+ years’ experience in a senior marketing and/or e-commerce role driving revenue growth
• Degree in Marketing or equivalent experience
• Strong commercial, analytical and creative mindset
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce best practice, consumer behaviour and digital marketing tools
• Experience delivering projects end-to-end and influencing senior stakeholders
• Exposure to platforms such as Net Suite, Amazon and digital commerce tools is advantageous
