This Graduate role supports the development and scale-up of drug products  will work alongside experienced scientists to help deliver medicines that improve patient outcomes.

• Support the development and scale-up of pharmaceutical drug products across dosage forms, including tablets, capsules, sachets, liquids, creams and ointments.
• Assist formulation development scientists in overseeing the development of all aspects of processes used in the manufacture of new and existing drug products.
• Participate in the planning and execution of projects, contributing to problem solving and improvement initiatives.

• Hands-on experience supporting pharmaceutical manufacturing of new and existing drug products.
• Development of practical problem solving skills in relation to ongoing and new projects.

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Pharmacy, Chemical/Process Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
• Practical experience or theoretical knowledge of drug product manufacturing techniques (blending, granulation, tablet compression) from industry or academic modules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work on your own initiative while contributing within a team environment.
