Food Safety and Quality Auditor; Quality Assurance

Position: Food Safety and Quality Auditor (Quality Assurance)
At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a Food Safety and Quality Auditor that will report directly to the Food Safety Quality Manager. They will be responsible for ensuring all products meet Customer and Company standards for conformance and food safety standards.

What you will do:

Daily Food Safety and Quality Assurance factory walks Daily product temperature checks Equipment calibration including but not limited to, temperature probes and PH probes Complete and maintain the daily Quality Assurance retained sample report Daily out of date stock checks Responsible for the identification, segregation, and control of non-conforming products, including the management of on hold product extensions What experience we need from you: 1 years experience within Food Manufacturing Knowledge of Food Safety principles/GMP Working knowledge of Microsoft package Full job description available on our company website Benefits:
