Intake Food Safety and Quality Auditor

At Avondale Foods Ltd we are looking for a Intake Food Safety and Quality Auditor who will report directly to the Raw Material and Process Manager. They will be responsible for ensuring all product meets Customer and Company standards for conformance and food safety standards. To lead by example and ensure that you and your team are adhering to company policies and procedures in relation to Product Quality, Food Safety and Integrity.

What you will do:

Daily quality auditing walks Daily temperature checks Equipment calibration (temperature probes, PH probes, etc.) QA Retained Sample Daily Report QA daily out of date stock check Responsible for placing any non-conforming product On Hold Product extensions Daily CCP Verifications Attend Taste Panel GMP Audits Hygiene & Fabrication Audit Glass & Hard Plastic Audits Attend Daily QA Meeting

Essential Criteria 1 years experience within Food Manufacturing Knowledge of Food Safety principles/GMP Working knowledge of Microsoft package Please visit our company website for the full job description Benefits:
