Your rate of pay starts from £12.87 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week, with options for 12‑hour weeks.

The table shows availability windows. Schedules will be within these times, with 3 weeks’ notice. We support flexibility; if your available times match closely, consider applying.

You will be responsible for
  • Delivering a great shopping trip for customers every day, following all opening and closing routines, ensuring all facilities are in good working order and available, and listening for and acting on customer feedback.
  • Creating an impression for customers that you can be proud of, role‑modeling great standards of dress and being ready to serve.
  • Following the service culture in your department, role‑modeling helpful and friendly service behaviours and demonstrating enthusiasm to do what’s right for customers.
  • Protecting the legal brand by delivering compliance, understanding safe and legal routines and demonstrating due diligence.
  • Supporting your manager to control costs, deliver budgets, help maintain stock record accuracy and prepare for stock control routines.
