Part‑time Retail Supervisor – Rushmere Store

We are looking for a supervisor to lead the sales team by example, using excellent product knowledge with a friendly, welcoming approach to provide and maintain excellent customer service.

• Provide excellent customer service, greeting customers with a smile and helping them as much as you can.
• Be responsible for opening and closing of the store following the security procedures.
• Ensure our customers have the best shopping experience by ensuring all products are priced and the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times.
• Maintain high standards of merchandise in store, ensuring products are positioned to look their best.
• Be responsible for the operation of the till for both card and cash payments – training will be provided if necessary.

• Experience working as a supervisor in a similar environment is preferred.
• Other relevant experience will also be considered.
