B&M Retail Limited is seeking a Deputy Store Manager for our Rushmere Shopping Centre, Craigavon store. You’ll support the Store Manager, lead on the shop floor, and step in during the Manager’s absence to keep the store running at its best.
This hands-on leadership role requires flexibility across days, evenings, weekends and bank holidays. You’ll coach a team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and standards to achieve KPIs.
