You’ll be responsible for selling innovative digital advertising and marketing solutions to businesses across the UK. Using a mix of warm, profiled, and cold leads, you’ll confidently engage decision‑makers, identify opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that drive real business growth.

• Proactively make outbound sales calls to generate new business and build a strong pipeline
• Engage and influence key decision‑makers through confident, consultative conversations
• Identify client needs and recommend effective digital marketing solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to onboarding
• Build lasting client relationships with ongoing support and performance insights
• Keep up to date with digital marketing trends to stay ahead of the competition

• Proven experience in outbound telesales, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets
• Confident communicator with the ability to close high‑value deals
• Resilient, driven, and highly motivated by commission and success
• Organised, adaptable, and quick to learn new products and services
• A positive, energetic mindset with a customer‑first approach

• Uncapped commission with realistic on‑target earnings of £50,000+
• Office‑based role in Belfast with a supportive, high‑energy team environment
• Monday to Friday hours – no weekend work
