You'll be out in the field, meeting people face-to-face, starting conversations, building relationships and creating real sales opportunities .

As a Field Sales Executive, you'll represent exciting campaigns across beauty, care, university and solar , working across both B2B and B2C environments.

Your day could include:
Meeting prospective customers and clients face-to-face Starting conversations with people from all walks of life Building genuine relationships and understanding what people need Presenting and pitching campaigns confidently Generating leads and identifying new sales opportunities Turning conversations into genuine business opportunities Working towards individual and team targets Tracking your leads, activity and results Learning new sales techniques and continuously improving Working alongside an energetic, ambitious team Every conversation is an opportunity.

Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service, recruitment, fundraising, events or other people-focused roles can transfer extremely well. Full training and development will be provided. Choose the earning option that suits you We offer two earning options , giving you the choice between a commission-only self-employed opportunity with uncapped commission or an employed position with a salary plus commission .
