Hourly rate £16.01, with monthly performance bonus potential £250. Are you an experienced HGV Driver who takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service? At Dreams & Sofatime, we're looking for a professional and customer-focused Category C Driver to join our growing delivery team.

This is more than just a driving role you'll play a key part in creating a positive experience for our customers by delivering quality furniture into their homes with care and professionalism. What You'll Be Doing Delivering and collecting furniture safely and professionally while providing exceptional customer service.

Ensuring products are loaded, secured, wrapped, and transported with care to arrive in perfect condition. Leading and supporting your driver's mate, ensuring excellent customer interactions throughout the delivery journey. Conducting daily vehicle checks and reporting any maintenance issues promptly. Keeping your vehicle clean, safe, and presentable at all times. Reviewing delivery routes and adapting plans where necessary, including during adverse weather conditions.

Driving safely, responsibly, and in full compliance with legal requirements, tachograph regulations, and company policies. Taking ownership of each delivery, including careful placement of products within customers' homes. Reporting any incidents, accidents, or delivery concerns promptly. Maintaining delivery equipment and ensuring safe working practices are followed at all times. We're seeking someone who:

Essential Requirements Full Category C Licence (ability to drive an 18-tonne vehicle).

Valid and up-to-date Driver CPC qualification. Physically fit and capable of handling heavy lifting as part of furniture deliveries. Strong commitment to safety, customer service, and teamwork.
