Manufacturing Administrator

The Company

Our client is a specialist manufacturing company; they are looking for a Manufacturing Administrator to work on a full-time permanent basis.

The Role

* Will work within the supporting manufacturing with administrative tasks.

* Ensure excellent administrative support to the team.

* Liaison with internal departments on enquiry and support matters.

* Processing of orders for products on internal system ensuring accuracy and requirements.

* Involved in purchasing support.

* Maintaining accurate records.

* General Admin Duties.

* Raising and delivering customer quotations.

* Supporting the sales representatives with updates on orders and enquiries.

The Person

* Manufacturing administration experience is desirable.

* Used to working as part of a team and with the ability to provide clear instruction to others where applicable.

* Fully conversant with MS Outlook/Excel/Word/PowerPoint.

* Experience of using ERP/MRP systems advantageous.

* Good customer service.

* Attention to detail.

* Highly organised and efficient in your day-to-day duties.

* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.

* Strong communication (both written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

* Interest and experience in developing and implementing process improvements.
