The Opportunity

We’re looking for a proactive and analytical Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you’ll take full ownership of our demand forecasting process, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time across our European markets.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and account stakeholders to build reliable forecasts, lead monthly demand reviews, optimise inventory, and support our S&OP cycle. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a key role with real visibility and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and maintain demand forecasts across categories and planning horizons, ensuring alignment with commercial plans.
  • Lead monthly demand review meetings with sales and account teams.
  • Analyse historical data to identify trends, seasonality, and demand patterns.
  • Prepare forecast reports, variance analysis, and executive‑ready decks for S&OP.
  • Highlight risks, opportunities, and assumptions to drive informed decisions.
  • Track and improve forecast accuracy through key KPIs.
  • Support ongoing improvements to forecasting tools and models.
  • Contribute to wider supply chain initiatives and process optimisation.
What You’ll Bring
  • 2–3 years’ experience in demand planning, supply chain, forecasting or a similar analytical role.
  • A relevant educational background in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a similar field (completed or nearing completion) that supports strong analytical and planning capability.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data confidently.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting principles and KPI measurement.
  • Experience with SAP MRP/APO (highly desirable).
  • Clear, confident communication skills in English; additional European languages are a plus.
Why Join Us?
  • Flexible and hybrid working.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • A role with visibility and ownership within a global organisation.
  • Development and career progression opportunities.
  • A supportive, passionate team in a business filled with energy, innovation, and outdoor spirit.
