KCR Solutions are delighted to be working with this expanding company on the outskirts of Cramlington to recruit a Logistics Administrator. Your duties will be as follows:
- Processing customer orders and creating production requirements for factories
- Managing product pipeline, stock levels and delivery times
- Updating SAP with inbound shipments from factories
- Issuing information to customers on status of their order books
- Liaising with factories on timely delivery of products into the warehouse or alternatively direct to customers
- Issuing delivery notes to warehouse to pick and ship products to customers and subsequent billing
- Issuing information on sales revenue, projections and order book as required
- Involvement in the inventory count by the warehouse as needed
- Assisting with accounts receivable, management of product returns and issuing and delivering sales invoices for customers as required
- Advising of any training required in an evolving business model
