Are you a patient and resilient Behaviour Mentor who is passionate about supporting young people to make positive choices?

Schools in Dudley and GSL Education are hiring a motivated Behaviour Mentor to provide consistent pastoral and behavioural support to pupils.

As a Behaviour Mentor
, you will work closely with students who may face behavioural or emotional challenges that impact their learning. You will help create a calm, structured, and supportive environment where pupils feel understood and encouraged to engage positively in school life.

• Provide one-to-one and small group mentoring support.
• Support pupils with behaviour, emotional regulation, and engagement.
• Implement behaviour strategies and support plans.
• Assist students during lessons and unstructured times.
• Work collaboratively with teachers and pastoral teams.

• Previous experience working with young people or in behaviour support roles.
• Strong behaviour management and communication skills.
• A calm, consistent, and supportive approach.
• Ability to manage challenging situations professionally.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

• Competitive daily pay of £95–£110
