Nigel Wright have been appointed to support a superb organisation who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager.
The Role
Duties and Responsibilities:

Owning the monthly management accounts process, delivering accurate and insightful reporting
Providing meaningful analysis and commentary to support decision-making
Partnering with non-finance stakeholders to improve performance and drive efficiencies
Leading budgeting and forecasting cycles, adding challenge where needed
Managing cashflow, working capital, and strengthening financial controls
Supporting and developing junior team members

Background
Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)
Experience in a Finance Manager or Senior Management Accountant role Strong commercial awareness with the confidence to influence at senior level

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment

Clear communicator who can translate financial insight into actionable outcomes
