Caretaker, Building Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

We are looking for an individual who would like to join our school as a Caretaker.

We are seeking a friendly, caring and motivated person to ensure the school site is secure and that the buildings and grounds are maintained, clean and equipment is well maintained.

• Ensure buildings and the site are secure.
• Operate and regularly check systems such as heating, lighting and security.
• Arrange regular maintenance and safety checks.
• Perform duties in line with health and safety and COSHH regulations.
• Grounds maintenance.
• Carry out repairs and maintenance.
• Be resourceful and work with initiative and without constant supervision.
• Demonstrate integrity and uphold the school’s values and principles.
