Cleaner - Asda Bidvest Noonan

Blue Arrow is recruiting on behalf of our client, Bidvest Noonan, for 4 x Cleaning Operatives / Retail Cleaners to join the cleaning team at ASDA with an immediate start available.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking for a cleaning role, offering regular hours, job security, and full training for candidates who are new to the industry. There is also a temp-to-perm opportunity after 12 weeks for those seeking a permanent position.

1 x Shift Pattern (Fixed)

20 hours per week (must be able to commit to all below shift timings)

· Monday 06:00- 10:00

· Tuesday 06:00-10:00

· Thursday 06:00-10:00

· Friday 06:00- 10:00

· Saturday 06:00-10:00

1 x Shift Pattern (Fixed)

16 hours per week (must be able to commit to all below shift timings)

· Wednesday 12:00- 16:00

· Thursday 12:00-16:00

· Friday 12:00 - 16:00

· Saturday 12:00- 16:00

1 x Shift Pattern (Fixed)

12 hours per week (must be able to commit to all below shift timings)

· Sunday 12:00- 16: 00

· Monday 12:00- 16:00

· Tuesday 12:00- 16:00

1 x Shift Pattern (Fixed)

· Saturday 06:00-10:00

· Sunday 08:00-12:00

· Tuesday 06:00-10:00

Key Responsibilities

As a Cleaning Operative, your duties will include:

Cleaning retail, customer, and colleague areas to a high standard
Vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising surfaces
Cleaning washroom and welfare facilities
Emptying and relining waste bins
Carrying out floor care tasks, including buffing and polishing where required
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the store
Completing routine inspections and reporting any issues
Following health and safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
Excellent communication skills
Good understanding of spoken and written English
Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Positive attitude with a strong focus on customer service
