ROLE OVERVIEW

• Job Title: Sample Receipt and Labelling Specialist
• Job Type: Permanent
• Hours: Sunday 10am to 6pm, Monday 2pm to 10pm, Tuesday to Thursday 12pm to 8pm

• To be the first point of contact for samples arriving at the laboratory
• Responsible for sample receipt and sample labelling
• Ensuring customer samples are received in full and without any issues
• Label samples and liaise directly with customers to ensure they have everything they need for testing to commence.

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in:

• Working within the food industry
• Dealing with customer via different communication platforms
• Working with aLIMS is advantageous
