Licensed Practical Nurses deliver person centered care at Rocky Mountain Village in Fernie, BC, with medication administration and care planning responsibilities.

Golden Life seeks a compassionate LPN for a temporary part time position at Rocky Mountain Village. The role supports seniors across long term care and independent living while coordinating resident care, treatments, procedures, and health and safety decisions. Shifts include days, evenings, and nights.

Key Responsibilities:

Foster warm, friendly environments for residents and coworkers
Develop, update, and evaluate comprehensive resident care plans
Participate in health, safety, care, and staffing decisions
Mentor staff and implement care policies and procedures
Administer medications, treatments, and nursing procedures

Requirements:

Recognized Licensed Practical Nursing Program completion
Current British Columbia LPN certification
Level 1 OFA First Aid Certificate
Working knowledge of MDS/InterRAI
Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
