Inside Sales Manager

About the Role  Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Inside Sales Manager to lead and mentor their inside sales team based in Kimberley. This role is responsible for overseeing daily sales operations, driving team performance, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. You will be instrumental in coaching and developing sales representatives, optimizing sales processes, and contributing to the overall sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities   Lead, train, and motivate a team of inside sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales goals.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to maximize productivity and efficiency.
Monitor team performance through key metrics, providing regular feedback and coaching.
Collaborate with marketing to generate qualified leads for the inside sales team.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast sales revenue accurately.
Requirements   Proven experience in inside sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Strong understanding of sales methodologies and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Excellent coaching, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Experience in performance management and team development.
