This Senior AI Engineer role focuses on Reinforcement Learning across robotics, gaming, and resource management. You will apply RL theory, practical techniques, and strong programming skills to challenging problems. The work includes research, simulation, deployment, and technical collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and evaluate state-of-the-art Reinforcement Learning algorithms
Develop and maintain RL environments and simulation platforms
Apply RL to control, optimization, and autonomous decision-making problems
Optimize RL agents for performance, stability, and efficiency
Deploy and operationalize RL solutions in production
Requirements:
Master's or Ph.D. in a related quantitative field
Five-plus years of AI/ML experience specializing in Reinforcement Learning
Experience applying Q-learning, Policy Gradients, or Actor-Critic algorithms
Proficiency in Python and Tensor Flow or Py Torch
Strong mathematics, statistics, optimization, and communication skills
