The Role:

Executive Search Consultant As a consultant, you will become an expert in your market, supporting clients and sourcing top talent in the Commodities sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Industry Research:
Identify key trends and developments to inform client strategy. Market Mapping:
Analyse organisations and identify talent pools across the sector. Candidate Sourcing:
Use platforms, databases, and outreach to engage high-calibre professionals. Client Communication:
Deliver insightful reports, candidate profiles, and regular updates throughout the hiring process.

What Were Looking For :
Executive Search Consultant A 2:1 or above from a Top 50 University A passion for research and market intelligence Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail Confident, personable, and great at building relationships Ambitious to become an industry expert What You Will Get:
