Support Worker Pay rate: £12.98-£13.52 Shift Pattern: 08.30am till 16.00pm - 15.30pm till 22.00pm - 21.00pm till 09.00am We have a truly special opportunity for the right person to support a bright, engaging individual who lives in their home in Carlisle. This person lives with a muscle condition that affects her daily life, and while she has some c omplex health needs , thats only one small part of who she is.

She loves gardening when the sun is out, baking cakes, and spending time with her much-loved dog and bird. She also enjoys getting out and about. This role is about more than just supportits about connection.

Youll be helping her do the things she loves, access the community, and live the life in the way that matters most to her . You'll also support her at home with daily routines, including personal care and staying safe and comfortable. Were looking for someone who ideally has:
Experience supporting people with complex needs Understanding of Positive Behavioural Support and behaviours that may sometimes be seen as challenging A kind, patient, and person-centred approach If you're someone who values meaningful relationships, is calm under pressure, and takes joy in helping others live life to the fullest, this could be the perfect role for you. You wont just be providing careyoull be helping someone live well.

Acuity Care Group is a Supported Living healthcare provider, comprising 3 specialist business divisions: LD&A Learning Disabilities & Autism Bespoke Team Brain Injury This role sits within our Bespoke Health & Social Care family, and you will be supported by an experienced hands-on Complex Care Manager.
