About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Staff Nurse to join our inpatient ward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse with experience in a surgical ward environment to work within a high-quality private healthcare setting, delivering exceptional patient care throughout the patient journey.

Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating patient care, ensuring the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, effective and patient-centred nursing care.
• Assess, plan and evaluate care for patients undergoing surgical procedures.
• Monitor patient progress and respond appropriately to changing clinical needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and NMC guidelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, healthcare professionals and support staff to provide outstanding patient outcomes.
