We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to join our growing public practice team. In this role, you'll lead client engagements, mentor team members, and work closely with firm leadership to deliver exceptional client service and support the continued growth of the firm.

Key Responsibilities

Client Management

Manage accounting, assurance, and tax engagements from planning to completion.

Review work for accuracy, quality, and compliance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships.

Serve as a trusted advisor on accounting, tax, and business matters.

Identify opportunities to add value and expand client services.

Practice Operations

Oversee engagement budgets, timelines, and resource planning.

Ensure adherence to firm standards and best practices.

Support process improvements and technology initiatives.

Leadership & Development

Coach, mentor, and develop accounting staff and CPA students.

Provide ongoing feedback and support professional growth.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Firm Contribution

Partner with firm leadership on client service and operational priorities.

Participate in strategic initiatives and knowledge sharing.

Contribute to the firm's growth through leadership and relationship development.
