Junior Catering Coordinator

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Junior Catering Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Kimberley . You will work closely with the senior catering team, assisting with various aspects of event preparation and execution, while also managing some administrative tasks remotely.

• Assist in the planning and coordination of catering events, ensuring all details are accurately recorded.
• Communicate with clients to confirm event details, dietary requirements, and special requests.
• Support the operations team with event setup, service delivery, and breakdown as needed.
• Manage remote administrative duties, including updating client databases and preparing event proposals.
• Liaise with suppliers to confirm orders and delivery schedules.
• Help maintain inventory and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available for events.
