Key Responsibilities   Analyze vehicle damage reports and conduct thorough inspections to determine the extent of frame or chassis misalignment.
Operate frame straightening equipment, including hydraulic rams, measuring systems, and laser alignment tools, to repair structural damage.
Precisely measure and align vehicle frames to manufacturer specifications, ensuring structural integrity and safety.
Collaborate with other technicians, such as panel beaters and painters, to ensure a seamless repair process.
Maintain all frame straightening equipment, ensuring it is calibrated and in optimal working condition.
Keep detailed records of repairs performed, measurements taken, and parts utilized.
Requirements   Proven experience as an Automotive Frame Straightener or in a similar structural repair role.
Proficiency in operating and maintaining frame straightening machinery and related diagnostic tools.
Strong understanding of vehicle chassis and structural components.
Excellent measuring skills and attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
