About the Role  Our client, a significant force in the charity and voluntary sector , is seeking a strategic Partnership Development Manager to forge and nurture vital relationships in Kimberley . You will be responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing mutually beneficial collaborations, and ensuring these relationships contribute to our client's mission and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities   Identify, research, and cultivate potential strategic partnerships with corporations, foundations, and other organizations.
Develop and present compelling proposals for partnership opportunities that align with organizational goals.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring clarity on roles, responsibilities, and mutual benefits.
Manage and steward existing partnerships, ensuring strong relationships and ongoing engagement.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful implementation of partnership initiatives.
Requirements   Proven track record in partnership development , business development, or corporate relations, ideally within the non-profit sector.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills , with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders.
Strong understanding of partnership models and the non-profit funding landscape.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment.
