Location: Sparwood

At Elk Valley Resources, this position reports to the Senior Lead of Maintenance Excellence. You'll coordinate activities across operations, maintenance, procurement, and vendors to support project execution. Experience the stunning Elk Valley and enjoy a compressed workweek with Fridays off, allowing you to balance work and outdoor adventures.
Key Responsibilities:
• Adhere to health and safety programs and policies
• Coordinate activities, communications, and documentation for programs
• Monitor milestones, deliverables, and program records
• Support equipment delivery and commissioning efforts
• Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders
Requirements:
• Diploma or degree in Business Administration or related field
• Minimum 2 years in coordination or project support roles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
• Valid Class 5 Driver’s License required
