At Mac Kay, we’re looking for a seasoned Senior Estimator to drive cost accuracy and project effectiveness.

Your role will be central in preparing detailed estimates for civil projects, from infrastructure to utilities. You’ll work closely with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure every bid aligns with company goals and sustainability practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review project plans and determine full scope of work

• Conduct site visits to assess conditions and gather data

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil projects

• Analyze materials, labor, and equipment for project phases

• Collaborate on bid proposals and presentations

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years as a Civil Construction Estimator

• Degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Proficient with construction estimating software

• Strong understanding of civil engineering principles

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
