Position: Civil Construction Superintendent MacKay Contracting
Lead impactful heavy civil projects as a Civil Construction Superintendent with Mac Kay Contracting. Oversee field execution and ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.

At Mac Kay Contracting, you will drive the execution of major civil projects, including road construction, underground utilities, and large-scale earthworks. Your leadership will unify crews, equipment, and subcontractors to deliver exceptional results. With your significant experience in heavy civil construction, you will navigate challenges while ensuring safety and quality on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead field execution of civil projects effectively

• Coordinate crews, equipment, and materials daily

• Anticipate project constraints and resolve issues early

• Communicate with Project Managers and subcontractors

• Maintain project closeout quality alongside production

Requirements:

• Strong field experience in heavy civil construction

• Proven ability to lead crews and subcontractors

• Familiarity with earthworks, grading, and utilities

• Capability to read construction drawings accurately

• Knowledge of safety and quality standards
