As a Customer Service Lead, you will be key in ensuring professional and courteous customer interactions while handling inquiries, transactions, and complaints in a fast-paced aviation environment. Your leadership will inspire the team to exceed customer expectations, enhance their training, and maintain high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure adherence to corporate and OH&S policies
• Direct all customer service activities effectively
• Train Customer Service Agents on policies and service standards
• Manage the baggage process from start to finish
• Conduct daily toolbox meetings with the team
Requirements:
• Experience in Customer Service, preferably aviation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to obtain airport security clearance
• Motivated with strong analytical skills
• Flexibility to work on a 24/7 shift schedule
Lead an exemplary customer service team while driving operational success at Executive Flight Centre.
