Salary Range:  $27,212 to $48,020 annually, placement based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

Job Summary
Grade 1 Teacher on a 0.417 FTE temporary contract, starting June 5, 2026 (or upon completion of the posting process) or until June 25, 2026, or return of the incumbent.

Must have a degree/formal training and/or teaching experience at the Primary level.

This position is scheduled Monday through Thursday afternoons and all day on Fridays. All work will be on site.

Continuing teachers will need to vacate their continuing assignment in order to accept a temporary assignment, unless the FTE is greater in the temporary job posting.

Qualifications & Preferences

Preference given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.

Degree, formal training and/or teaching experience in subjects at a level specific to the posting.
