The starting annual salary for this teaching position ranges from $40,193 to $67,726, with placement on the range based on length of service and qualifications in accordance with the collective agreement.

Terms and conditions pursuant to the Collective Agreement between the Cranbrook and Fernie Teachers' Association and School District No. 5 (Southeast Kootenay).

• Preference will be given to applicants with BC Teacher Certification.
• Must have a degree or formal training and/or teaching experience at the Intermediate level.
• Must have a degree or formal training and/or teaching experience in English and Career Education.

English & Career Education, Grades 7-8; 0.571 FTE continuing contract, starting September 8, 2026 or upon completion of the posting process.

This position is tentatively scheduled to include English 7 and Career Education 7 and 8. All work will be on site.
