Position: Full-Time School Psychologist K-12
Seeking a dedicated School Psychologist for grades K-12 in Cranbrook and Elk Valley. This full-time temporary role focuses on student assessments and support, with a start date of September 8, 2026.

The position requires certification with the British Columbia Association of School Psychologists. Candidates should have experience in educational settings, conducting, and interpreting standardized assessments. This role is essential to providing psychological support within the district, ensuring student well-being and academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for K-12 students

• Interpret results to guide interventions

• Collaborate with teachers and staff for student support

• Provide counseling and crisis intervention

• Work on-site in Cranbrook or Elk Valley

Requirements:

• Eligible for registration with the BC Association of School Psychologists

• Educational background in psychology or related field

• Experience in a school setting is preferred

• Current BC Teacher Certification is preferred

• Background checks as per Criminal Records Review Act
