Pathways Specialist

Position: Pathways Specialist at College of the Rockies
Become an ABE Pathways Specialist with College of the Rockies! This part-time role supports student navigation and outreach, offering flexible hours to meet program needs.

As a Pathways Specialist, you will provide guidance for students looking to transition to post-secondary education. Collaborating with various departments and community partners, your main focus will be to aid students in understanding and accessing resources effectively. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills are essential for successful candidate support and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for Pathways inquiries

• Guide students through pathway processes and requirements

• Coordinate outreach and intake for prospective students

• Maintain accurate records and manage communications

• Provide administrative support for Pathways programming

Requirements:

• Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma or equivalent experience

• Three years of experience in student services or education

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and web applications

• Valid Class 5 Driver's License required
